Indonesian Risoles

Yesterday my bibik was making an Indonesian cuisine called Risoles. It is one of the popular food in Indonesia and you can easily find this mouth-watering snack anywhere around the land of Garuda. Bibik told me that during Ramadhan, she will make Risoles and sell them at the Ramadhan food bazaar. So, Risoles are commonly filled with green beans, carrots, potatoes, onions, eggs, chicken breasts or thigh and you can add some other ingredients, such as, prawn, squid, meat and fishRisoles is coated with egg white, flour and is rolled in breadcrumbs. Risoles will taste perfect if it is eaten with chili or tomato sauce and mayonnaise (aaaaaaahhhhhh now I'm starving).

I took these photos while my bibik was preparing the Risoles. I'm going to sign my bibik up for the next season of MasterChef Malaysia. Hehe :p

*Next time I want to put cheese inside. Delizioso!
